Des Moines Performing Arts is excited to let you know that we have updated our ticketing software. This upgrade will allow us to better serve you and the community as a whole.
Your existing Des Moines Performing Arts account remains active; however, you will need to reset your password. To do this:
Enter the email address associated with your account (the email at which you received this message) and click “Email My Information”
Watch for an email from Des Moines Performing Arts. Click on your personal secure link in that email and enter a new password.
You’re done! Whenever you purchase tickets, RSVP to events or access your DMPA account online in the future, log in with your email address and the password you just reset.
Here are a few other pointers:
Ticketmaster will no longer be an option for purchasing tickets to DMPA performances
In order to purchase tickets please visit: DesMoinesPerformingArts.org, visit the Civic Center Ticket office or call (515) 246-2300.
You will be prompted to create a new account when accessing the new platform.
Current Account Holders should use the email address they currently use with DMPA to update their new account
Customers will be unable to purchase tickets from 5:00 pm Tuesday, August 16th until 9:00 am Wednesday, August 17th in order to complete the transition
Please update any bookmarks you may have saved within your browser
Tickets will be DMPA branded moving forward. All existing tickets WILL BE HONORED in their current form.
If you utilize a payment plan option, your payments will continue to be processed without any action necessary.
Please remember that for the quickest service when purchasing tickets, we encourage you to visit us online at DesMoinesPerformingArts.org or with our mobile app that can be found in the App Store or Google Play Store.
