To save their children, Old man Tortoise and Big Daddy Hare must put aside their differences and unite.

At the core of Lightwire Theater's performances is their ingenious use of electroluminescent wire, or "EL wire," which illuminates the dancers and puppets in captivating colors, creating a visually stunning spectacle that captivates audiences of all ages. This innovative incorporation of EL wire puppetry allows the characters to come to life in a whole new dimension, adding an otherworldly glow to the stage. As the story of "The Next Gen" unfolds, the glowing characters take the audience on an immersive journey that transcends language, relying on artful movements and puppetry to convey emotions and plot development, inviting each individual in the audience to interpret the story in their own imaginative way.
