ATM
An ATM is located in the Ticket Office Lobby.

BINOCULARS
Binoculars are available for rent at the East or West Lobby coat checks for $5.

COAT/ITEM CHECK
The East and West Lobby coat checks are available during main hall performances.

CONCESSIONS
Bottled water is permitted in the main hall during all performances. Souvenir cups with lids are allowed in the main hall during designated performances. No other food or drink is allowed in the theater.

ELEVATORS
Elevators to the second level of the lobby are located in the West Lobby and near the Stoner Theater.

LOST ITEMS
Lost items may be reported or claimed at the West Lobby coat check area during an event. After an event, please contact our Ticket Office at (515) 246-2300 or stop by Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Items are kept for 30 days.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
If you have a medical need, please notify the House Staff. Medical services are provided by Iowa Health Des Moines in the East Lobby.

PRE-ORDERING DRINKS
Avoid the line at intermission by ordering your drink ahead of time. Order and pay at any open bar before the performance. Pick your drink up at the East or West Lobby coat check during intermission.
