If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. Substitution requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the first performance of the production you are substituting out of. Show substitutions can be made online, in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2322.
Each year, you will be able to start making substitutions later in the summer during the subscriber access window!
