You can move your tickets from any production in the Willis Broadway Series Season Ticket Package OR any other Des Moines Performing Arts presentation in the same season. Restrictions Apply.
You will be able to start making substitutions during the subscriber access window each year!
If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. Substitution requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the production’s engagement. Show substitutions can be made online, in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.
