As a Season Ticket Holder you can move your seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also move your season ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time.
Restrictions and Ticket Limits may apply.
If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of exchange. Exchange requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of the performance you are exchanging out of. Exchanges can be made online, in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2322. Restrictions may apply.
