November - March Outstanding Achievement in a Principal Role performers as well as April Principal Role students interested in the Triple Threat Program are required to submit Triple Threat Callback materials. Acceptance into the Triple Threat Program will be communicated on Monday, May 5. Please see the Event Guide for more details.

The Iowa High School Musical Theater Awards Technical Theater Scholarship program celebrates student leaders in technical theater.
Finalists representing each division will receive a one-time scholarship of $2,000, with the goal of aiding them in their future studies*. One student, selected from amongst the finalists, will be awarded the Technical Theater Scholarship and earn an additional one-time cash scholarship of $3,000 (totaling $5,000), with the goal of aiding them in their future studies.
