Known for pushing the boundaries of movement, storytelling, and style, this Los Angeles-based company brings a bold, high-energy performance that dance fans and first-timers alike won’t want to miss.

Founded in 2007 by Artistic Director Tina Finkelman Berkett, BODYTRAFFIC has become a force in the global dance scene, known for its bold performances and richly diverse movement vocabulary. Their work draws from a wide range of genres—ballet, hip-hop, jazz, street styles, improvisation, and modern dance—weaving them together into emotionally charged pieces that are both technically dazzling and deeply human.

Rather than focus on one choreographer, BODYTRAFFIC collaborates with many of the world’s most sought-after voices in dance, including Kyle Abraham, Ohad Naharin, Hofesh Shechter, and Micaela Taylor. This approach allows the company to constantly evolve its style and repertoire, offering audiences something refreshingly different with each performance—from explosive, percussive works to soulful, narrative-driven choreography.
