Easy Show Substitutions


EASY SHOW SUBSTITUTION: NEVER MISS A SHOW YOU WANT TO SEE

You can move your tickets from any productions in the Willis Broadway Series Season Ticket Package to any Broadway Package Add-On production or any show in the Live at the Temple Concert Series or Explorer Series or Dance Series or Temple Comedy Series.

Additional payment for higher-priced tickets required. Substitutions must be made 24 hours prior to the beginning of the production's engagement in person or by calling (515) 246-2322.

 

Ticket Exchanges


CONVENIENT TICKET EXCHANGES: FLEXIBILITY TO CHANGE YOUR PLANS

Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? Exchange your Season Ticket seats for a different performance or upgrade to better seats. Restrictions apply.

Additional payment for higher-priced tickets required. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the performance you are exchanging out of. Exchanges must be made in person or by calling (515) 246-2322.
