Get ready for a jazzy adventure with Jazzy Ash and the Leaping Lizards! Inspired by the vibrant sounds of New Orleans, Jazzy Ash brings the whole family on a musical journey filled with rhythm, movement, and plenty of sugar and sass. With her latest album Swing Set, she celebrates songs, rhymes, and traditions passed down by African-American children and musicians from the mid-19th century to the early jazz era.
In concert, Jazzy Ash & the Leaping Lizards perform original songs like Throw Me Something Mista, along with jazz classics like When the Saints Go Marching In and Louis Armstrong’s Heebie Jeebies. Exploring the rich cultural history of New Orleans, this performance brings the magic of the Crescent City to life and invites everyone to dance and celebrate together!
