Get ready for an unforgettable experience with TAIKOPROJECT! This dynamic ensemble of taiko drummers brings together modern and traditional Japanese-American drumming for an electrifying performance that will captivate audiences. From bold beats to heart-pounding rhythms, TAIKOPROJECT weaves show-stopping songs that celebrate both their cultural heritage and innovative artistry.
Founded in 2000, TAIKOPROJECT made history in 2005 by becoming the first American taiko group to win the prestigious Tokyo International Taiko Contest. Since then, they’ve performed at the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, and on The Voice, among many other notable stages. Their performances, including appearances in commercials and music videos, continue to redefine taiko for a new generation!
