About The Show
Release some rage at “Proud ‘n Pink,” a cabaret concert celebrating the power of standing together in the face of threat. You will hear songs by the artist Pink and much more. We showcase queer artists and themes from Chappell Roan to Maya Angelou from Pentatonix to Janelle Monae, Doechii, and Bad Bunny. TRANScendent premieres a commission, too, called “They Cannot Erase Us.” You may feel as we do - needing strength to keep fighting for freedom. And you know the DMGMC is well-versed in the healing power of laughing and singing together, and daring to be true to oneself. Are you up for a dose?
