ABOUT THE SHOW

Grades preK-2

“It’s fun to have fun, but you have to know how.” - The Cat

Two bored kids. One rainy day. And one crazy cat wearing a red-striped hat. Step into the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss as The Cat in the Hat springs from page to stage! This lively theatrical adaptation brings the classic story to life with colorful sets, energetic performances, and plenty of playful chaos. When the Cat arrives on a rainy day, Sally and her brother and their overprotective pet Fish are swept into a whirlwind of mischief alongside Thing One and Thing Two. Full of imagination, this production celebrates creativity while encouraging young audiences to embrace the unexpected (and to be a bit cautious) when considering who comes to play!
