Each year your season ticket order will be automatically renewed using the same payment method and payment plan. Please log into your account to view your upcoming events and manage your season tickets. Changes to your package such as show substitutions and ticket exchanges will be available at a later date.

Yes! We offer a monthly or 2-pay payment plan when you order online, over the phone or at our ticket office. If you need to make changes to your package payment details, please contact our ticket office at 515-246-2322.

No action is needed right now. However, as a season ticket holder you can purchase package add-ons and submit a seat change request now.

Yes! Seat change requests are available until April 20, 2026 and DMPA staff will review starting in May. Later this summer, you'll also have the option to exchange seats for individual performances by logging into your account and clicking manage tickets next to your performance.

If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. Substitution requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the first performance of the production you are substituting out of. Show substitutions can be made online, in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2322.

As a Season Ticket Holder you can move your seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also move your season ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time.

You can cancel your automatically renewing season tickets by accessing your subscriptions online.
SEASON TICKET DETAILS
$480 starting price is for price level B packages. Seating is limited. Your Willis Broadway Series season ticket seats will be renewed automatically each season with the payment method and plan on file. Des Moines Performing Arts will notify you each year before your season tickets have been processed. A valid email address and credit card on your account associated with your season ticket purchase are required. You may cancel your season tickets online. If you decide to cancel your season tickets you will forfeit your seats for the following season and they will not be renewed.
