How can I find out if I renewed already or not?

Please log into your account to view your upcoming events. Changes to your package such as show substitutions and ticket exchanges will be available at a later date.

Are payment plans available when I renew?

Yes! You can sign up for our monthly or 2-pay payment plans when you renew or order online, over the phone or at our ticket office.

I already renewed, what do I need to do right now?

No action is needed right now. If you are unsure if you purchased any add-on performances, please log into your account to view your upcoming events.

I need to renew my seats, how do I do that?

No action is required! Your tickets are set to auto renew for the next season! 

Can I request to change my package seat location?

Seat change requests are closed for this season. However, you are able to exchange your seats to individual performances by logging into your account and managing your tickets! 

When will I get my tickets?

We are making it even more convenient to access any tickets purchased through Des Moines Performing Arts with the launch of our all-new, free mobile app. Download the app today and get ready for your future performance. From the app you will be able to access all of your tickets including those for our resident companies like the Des Moines Symphony. This app is the most convenient way to access your tickets, browse upcoming events, and much more!

When can I substitute a Broadway show?

As a season ticket holder, you can move your tickets from productions in the Willis Broadway Series Season Ticket Package to any Broadway Package Add-On production OR into any performance in one of DMPA's series.

If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. Substitutions requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the production’s engagement. Show substitutions can be made online, in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.

When can I do exchanges for the Broadway shows?

You will be able to do exchanges when we open subscriber access each year.

As a Season Ticket Holder you can move your seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also request to move your Season Ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time.

Your season tickets will secure you the same seats on the same day of the week and time for each of the shows in the season ticket package. Click "purchase" below to select the day and performance time you want!

By purchasing season tickets you agree to have your packages automatically renewed each season using the same payment method and payment plan option. Please note that next season you will be renewed into the full season ticket package. Same seats are not guaranteed, you may be placed into different comparable seating. We will notify you by email prior to renewing your tickets.
