Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? You can move your Season Ticket seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also move your Season Ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time. Restrictions Apply. - PACKAGE ADD-ON PRE-SALE AND DISCOUNTS
You can purchase seats for Willis Broadway Series Package Add-On productions as soon as we announce the season and lock in the lowest prices of the season for those productions! Plus Season ticket holders save 10% on select add-on performances and price levels! - MAXIMUM CONVENIENCE
Your seats will automatically be renewed every season, so you won't have to lift a finger. Just sit back, relax, and get ready to enjoy each show in the season. Plus you have the flexibility to cancel your season tickets at any time. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you ever need to cancel, you can do so hassle-free.
** If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of exchange. If new tickets are less expensive the difference will not be refunded to the order. This difference will show as the service fee amount. Exchanges are only available within the same production and are only available on a 1:1 ratio. Exchange fee per ticket will be applied for all single ticket priced exchanges. Additional ticket purchases will need to be done in another order after the exchange. Valet tickets must be exchanged separately. Exchanges can also be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.

Substitution is available for select performances and all substitutions are a 1:1 ticket ratio. Substitutions are only permitted to productions within the same season. Additional ticket purchases will need to be done in another order after the substitution. Substitutions must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the engagement run you are substituting out of. Substitutions can be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300. Please note: Valet tickets must be substituted separately.
